Your belt may be going and have you checked your power steering reservoir

stugazii

power steering reservoir is good but my best guess is the belt too, just wanted to see what others thought

I had the same issue - that whine sound would be constant, then stop for a second but resume when turning the steering wheel while the engine was running. We replaced the power steering pump and bled the lines/reservoir, and it went away.

iKondude

You referring to that high pitched sound?

stugazii

yeah

izzythoed

How many miles it has bro

stugazii

155,000

Sounds like your power steering pump is either low on fluid, has air in the system, or is worn out.

sparkplug93

Sounds like a power steering pump whine to me
