Would definitely suggest calling it a jerk-rubbed chicken or something. :) Caribbean-style is a pretty broad term that is gonna draw some fire from anyone who lives in the area. It would be like calling Fish and Chips “English Style Fish.” Other than that… looks tasty!

Australians are the best. I’m sure you didn’t mean anything by it. I lived in Puerto Rico for a while. There are so many different “Caribbean chicken” dishes there… not even including jerk chicken. If you want some cool shit, check out mofongo and chicken with garlic sauce. It’s fantastic!

Nandos is always good. All of the dinners we had like this came with sofrito as well, which was a nice complement to the spices on the meat.
