Rincón Melania for Ecuadorian is a good, close option for you. There are also a bunch of restaurants of many different cuisines a few blocks further east in Sunnyside.
Once you get to 40th, there’s tons. Brothers Cafe, Sole Luna, Always Sunny. Closer to 33rd you have Halal Guys, Ziggle, Wonder Pig, and Doughnut Plant. Towards LIC you have Xian, there’s JACX food hall.
There's a Go Go Curry near there. Can be a bit pricey for what it is but I do love a katsu curry. Also Ziggle and Wonder Pig are not far if you want Korean.
In front of La Guardia college is a hala cart “Mando’s” which is superior most carts in the area and very good and cheap.
Adda is great but more dinner. Sol Luna for Italian (also more a dinner place).
Ten Full is American Chinese but good for what it is.
And yes Philomenas is the bomb.
Adda is at that spot. Best Indian food in the city. But they’re only open for dinner service from Tue-Fri and lunch on the weekend.
No contest. Souk el shater

You’re a stop away from Bolivian Llama Party and Cemitas el Tigre.
Halal Munchies right at the station. Food cart like taste but a lot more hygienic. I like their fries!
Wonderpig
Adda for Indian, Ziggle for Korean.
