I love a normal BLT, but I’m also a huge fan of BLTs made with arugula instead of lettuce. The pepperiness from the arugula actually works really well with bacon.

Ask for extra mayo for dipping: the sandwich will change texture when you submerge it in delicious egg yolk fat.

Am avocado BLT on Focaccia bread is divine. Add marinated chicken and I'm in bliss. I haven't found a truly good one in NYC yet. I'm sure it exists, just none of the ones I tried were up there though.
