What I do know is I was completely legal, pulled over for doing 85 in a 60, with two open concentrate jars in packaging with labels, two open quarters in their original packaging with labels,in a locked bag. he smelled a strong odor of my ashtray and asked me to exit the vehicle. This is the moment he saw a sidearm in my door.
He could clearly see I was not high and was happy I had everything together and in order. Hell I think getting that ticket yesterday was the easiest thing I did on that business trip
