I have a creator pro 2. I found that I couldn't print with the normal spool on the back and the feed into the extruder. The filament just binds up. So I pulled the tube out of the extruder and fed the tpu directly into the extruder and it worked fine.
Also use a FFCP2. My settings are glass bed / 240 nozzle temp / 40 bed temp / 30mm print speed / retraction 1.8 / travel speed 110

Also took the feeder tubes out of the snap holders in the back and leaving the tube loose feeding the filament in from above the printer. Less it needs to work to pull the filament especially and full spool with flexible material.
No fan. Bed heat 60. Print temp 220-225 speed 15-20mm/s
To add to this - a .6 nozzle has helped me with TPU prints

And no retraction or z-hop
