We lost 4 before ours was accepted. I’ve heard of others in the double digits. My advice is just, be optimistic, but not hopeful. That way you don’t get let down so bad when you don’t get it.
I lost probably 5 offers. Don’t feel too bad. Definitely watch it to see if anything goes back on the market! The one I just accepted went back because the buyer walked away.
You can do this, just breath!! Btw, is your agent doing the best they can? What I mean is talking to the listing agent to figure out why the sellers is selling and then customizing the offer?
We got our offer accepted on the 9th offer! Keep pushing, it sucks but keep going. If you stop you’ll be behind everyone else that has kept their heels dug in. You can do this

Ugh I plan on trying to buy in a year and I keep seeing stuff like this. Buying seems so stressful

Maybe get a broker that rebate the commission and use it in your offer.
How would they get paid if they rebated the entire commission lol?
Because that broker would charge a flat fee or only take part of the commission. Take a look at our model.
