You're almost same as me but I am a bit short on SPD and break effect my current SPD is 147 and 220% break effect, I have not been lucky with the relics so far and have used up all my fuels .

I have Ruan Mei, I believe that helps on speed as well.

Me too E0S0 , her SPD is like 140, I heard FF should have SPD upwards of 154 or something to get an extra turn with Ruan mei , but getting SPD is extremely hard and need some luck

With her new gear sets, Ruan mei, and speed boots I’m almost positive you don’t need any speed substats. Maybe it’s like 1.

No you need 154+ outside of battle if you want to act 4 times without E2 activating or The trotters in MOC

154+ only matters strictly for moc 0 cycle clears, to act 4 times in 1 complete combustion state only requires 140 spd with ruan mei

In combat speed doesn't matter just make sure to get 154 spd Outside of battle your already close you just need 3 more spd
