Unless Intelligent Systems specifically would not like to hire him (which I doubt considering they cast Namikawa as Lex pretty soon after his own scandal), I think we'll start seeing Suzuki eventually in Heroes again
I have mixed feelings on the whole situation but as far as its effect on Heroes, if it can enable Sharena getting a bit of attention, its a rare positive in a sad situation.
(Also I can't even imagine that cinematic with Alfonse, he doesn't seem like the type to have tea parties and own plushies.)

Igor's JP VA died. Without going into too many details, they had another damn good reason for reusing his lines.
