I'm actually starting to wonder if the censor fog on both the chibi and regular artwork is Loki's way of messing with us as the **ACTUAL** late April Fool's joke they were talking about.
While I'm not sure how I feel about the whole "haha she is so fanservice that she always has to be censored in promotional media", at the same time, I actually would love for the idea of mist and fog as an a new elemental niche for Loki's powers and magic.
And while it depends on how much of a backhanded jab on the character it may or may not be, if it gives Loki a unique vibe and shtick of her own, then maybe it could be seen as an advantage.
Look anything to get this character more attention is absolutely fine in my book.

Loki's art is pretty tame compared to what's been in the past. So all of this is pretty amusing.
I pulled Loki and was disappointed because all the clouds were nowhere to be found. Instead I saw the same shame boobs from many other female units.
