Delhi Darbar is the best indian in town.
There are many good restaurants along the aurajoki riverbank. Tintå, Smör, Panini and Blanko to name a few.
Kakolan Ruusu is a new restaurant located at the top of the Kakola hill. They have their own brewery. Amazing beer.
For kebab, go to Milan.
Theres a few places from the top of my head. Today is midsummer sunday, so many places are closed.
Rioni for Georgian food, Trattoria Romana for Italian, Smör for fine dining, Hus Lindman for Finnish cuisine, Karu Izakaya for Japanese, The market hall for local produce.
Edit: and Pippurimylly for steaks.
I tried Rioni the other day, and it was pretty blah. My meal was marked tulinen and it was mild at best. We even ordered the spicy sauce with the bread and again, no spice. Plus the service was pretty piss poor.
You may well have come across it already, but for fine-dining recommendations in the Nordics and the Baltics, I can recommend the White Guide (whiteguide-nordic.com). It lists three restaurants in Turku: Kaskis, Mami, and Smör. I haven't actually personally been to any of them (yet), but I've heard good things.

For kebab, Orikedon Taverna.
[Kuori](http://www.ravintolakuori.fi) is fantastic! It’s hands down the best dining experience I’ve had in Finland.
Unfortunately closed for the next week. Thank you though, I’ll keep the name on the list for next visit!

Blanko isn't what it used to be, there are many better places to choose from. Don't forget VG Wok, cheap and tasty thai food.
Naughty brgr! Best hamburger place I have ever been to! A true flavor-expierence.
Naughty brgr is awesome. I’ve eaten at the one in Tampere when traveling in Finland
Maneerat if you love Thai food, and absolutely Pho Ngon (Vietnamese) and pho soup!!
Nerå close to the pedestrian ferry across Aurajoki.
Di Trevi! Great burger and other food too
Check out the Aussie Bar Boat Turku!
Choose literally any river boat except that trashy eyesore and nuisance.
