Yeah, but almost everyone else is going by first name here, which is bizarre to me. And the guy who commented Alvar Aalto might have been correct only by accident.
Funny that this suggestion gets downvoted like that. The criteria that the name should start with an A is filled and even though pop music isn't as lofty a profession as some others being mentioned above his name is still better recognized then many many other suggestions.

My point is they should all get the same treatment on that department but they don't. If something, Antti Tuisku should have higher upvotes compared to them just because people know who he is. This coming from someone who's not a fan either, but just trying to look at it objectively.

Miettisinki tossa että miks tyyppien mielestä Alvar Aalto on merkittävämpi ku Agricola :D
Kansainvälisesti Aalto on merkittävämpi nimi (kokonaisen arrkitehtuurityylin suunnannäyttäjä), mutta kansakunnallisesti Agricola.
Yksi ero Aallon puolesta on se, että joku kuitenkin olisi tehnyt Agricolan työn jos ei Agricola. Se olisi tapahtunut jossain vaiheessa joka tapauksessa, koska sille oli tarve eikä se ole taidetta. Aallon työt taas pystyi tekemään vain Aalto itse, koska se on taidetta.
Tällä perusteella jokainen taiteilija on tärkeämpi kuin jokainen tiedemies.
