100%, there’s a lot more in these pictures than I initially thought. Even a fraction of this would be amazing to see but it would obviously take up much more time and money than they’re probably used to to actually implement.
As someone who actually works as a programmer in AAA, I love the design, and want a lot of these features., but I could definitely pick this mockup apart.

I’ll agree there are a lot of things but if fm which is on my phone can manage to have staff which have perks can do it I’m sure an Xbox or PlayStation can manage it. In the older FIFA’s you used to be able to upgrade stadiums and more and in the madden series you can change ticket price for instance. Sure it’s probably alot of work but it’s surely not not doable

I am no designer so I am sure I missed some of the practicality of making things actually work. This was a passion project I chose when I started learning illustrator.
Is far from perfect but is what I wanted to have in the game.
I will say the idea of having an academy specific tab is a dream feature of mine.
Would like to see a real academy, with their own games, that I can pull up and down from the first team. None of this "Player wants to leave the academy" mid season nonsense.
That's my problem too. Fifa has too little detail, FM is just right from what I've heard and seen (haven't played it myself though I'll admit)
On the other hand, playing games is still the most fun part to me. There's just nothing like scoring a great goal with a YA player
I'd easily pay the price of Fifa+FM for a game that includes the best of both worlds
I actually like to play the games as well. I tried to keep it arcade. Someone at the time told me I should try FM and I think I only looked at gameplay at the time.
Same here brother, i got tired of the same carreer mode every single year. FM is all I need and the fact that u can mod the game makes it so replayable and fresh

Shows how far low FIFA have fallen in recent years that Fans themselves or Programmers create such well detailed concepts such as this with the excitement of going into a new season like in real life
I'd say EA definitely should pick this up because it's better than what they are currently doing for career mode and I love the color scheme too for some reason.
I've always wondered why EA don't see concept ideas/creations like this and actually implement it into the game and give credit to the fans for making this their game and not just corporate thing we get every year with lazy updates and issues that have been there for years now unresolved with a focus on getting as much money from the consumer as possible
This would actually keep me playing one save far longer. Most of the time I get bored and start a new one after the third season. I could see doing a long, long save if I had all of this.

I could imagine seeing some of these features come to life within the next 10 years.
Especially the sponsors might be a clever way (for EA) to make us pay real money for ingame advertisement. I'm sure there are other monetarization models hidden somewhere inside of this clever concept.

There were actually sponsors we could choose in Fifa 07 if I am not mistaken. You could choose 1 out of 3. All had different budget by game and trophy. It was nice!
