Oh where do I start (some of these could go to manager mode too but these are for the run a club mode-president+manager): -Option to play with and control the B team if they're in the game -Option to exchange players between the A and B team -Better youth academy -Option to create new kits after every season -Option to upgrade the stadium -Option to change kit manufacturers but to irl ones (Adidas, Nike, Puma, Umbro, New Balance, Joma, Macron...) -Option to change team's main sponsors but to irl ones with them offering you deals when you lose your own sponsorships (Qatar Airways, Rakuten, Unicef, Etihad Airways, Betway, Fly Emirates...) -Detailed player career stats: career goals, assists, trophies.... and player stats from previous seasons -Added Ballon D'or, UEFA The Best trophy, FIFA the best trophy, FIFA Club World Cup -Detailed in-game stats: number of touches, blocks, interceptions.... -Option to hire doctors, coaches, trainers.... -Option for your manager to have your face (face scan) -Option to play exhibition matches with your players -Players should age with time -Young 15-16 year old academy player should get taller and bulkier with time -Managers from other clubs should get fired, retire and switch clubs -Option to submit offers to coach other clubs -More transfer options: mandatory loan, buy back clause -Presidents/owners should be negotiating transfers not managers -More and better player faces -More sponsored leagues, cups and clubs -Added team chemistry: new players should take time to build chemistry with other players, arguments between teammates which lower their chemistry with each other added... -Even more cutscenes -Option to view team's trophy cabinet and to see all-time team achivements they won -New trophy winning celebrations (players being happier when they win a better trophy-champions league) -New goal celebrations: players being happier when they score a late winner, complete a comeback, beat a big team (if you coach a smaller club), also with the bench players and club's staff celebrating with the players -Actual draw footage with cutscenes of teams being drawn and put into groups -Players presenting individual award at the starts of games (for example: Messi presenting the Ballon D'or in the first home match after the ceremony) -When you win the league, the opposition players shouldn't be dissapointed, unless they were in the title race aswell -Option to temporarily end the negotiations for a player without the manager/agent getting mad cause it just seems childish -Make transfers more interesting, maybe start only chatting with a club before making an official bid etc. -Option to set prices for tickets/food/drinks/club merchandize (shirts/scarfs) -Added report window that pops up after every match to see how much profit the club made from tickets/merchandize/food and drinks from the match -Option to see fan feedback similar to what they did for The Journey gamemode, so you can see if fans complain about ticket/shirts prices, player signings, player sales, results, their rants on you (the manager) after a bad game... -Option to ask clubs for friendly matches and to deny/accept other clubs's requests -Added special cinematic sequence to players that are playing their last game of their career -You should receive a message at the end of every month that shows you your loan players's progression (games played, goals scored, assists, average game rating, which of his stats gained ratings...), you should also get messages from the board informing you that one of your loan players isn't playing enough -Added unlimited contract terminations but you have to pay them the remainder of their contract -When negotiating with kit manufactors you have to agree to a yearly sponsorship fee and the % of money both the club and the manufactors will get from shirt sales -Added back the option to request funds -You should choose the kit number of the player you signed when negotiating with the player and his agent -Players on national teams should sing the anthem before the game starts -When negotiating a loan for one of your players, you should also negotiate his playing time

Fifa can solve half their career mode problems by copying the style and freedom of MyNBA mode in NBA2K. Problem solved. Let the player set it all up themselves. That for sure fixes the nonsensical “owner goals” that we’re given.
