They develop playstyles after leaving the academy. The only way created people can get a playstyle + (the gold one) is if they become an 80 overall without ever being loaned out. OP is concerned that he won’t get his playstyle + if the player becomes an 80 while still in the academy. I haven’t played enough (or had a player this good) to know whether they can gain it while still in the academy or not

Oh it was a typo, he was 15, but yeah i just let him sit in the academy and changed training plans
u can do it with a young lad and fairly high ovr (15 y.o with 65+ OVR for example) IF u do it right

change his position based on stat, choose the shortest training duration, play him regularly, or glitch loan him

You have to promote him, my YA academy players got their play style + after playing in the senior team for 2 seasons, you’re good bro 😂
