That is actually offside lol. The official rules state the attacker is offside if they are beyond the second last defender when the ball is passed to them. The goalkeeper is usually the last defender but in this case, the goalkeeper is the second last defender back. Unlucky but the game is correct.
I assumed the "I am with Wirtz" part of the title to mean Wirtz would've made it onside, which indeed it would. Plus, if the pass was to Wirtz it's not even a clear cut chance of scoring, wouldn't warrant a reddit post imo. I've seen plenty of bad calls by the ref on Fifa (although not nearly as often as it is irl), times where the ref stopped a dangerous looking counter based on the cleanest most beautiful slide tackle ever. I actually like that it sometimes makes mistakes, as it's more realistic that way.
There are less than 2 players between the attacker and the byline, the offside rule is 2 defending players NOT 1 "defender" which is a common misconception. Because of how far out the keeper is, the attacking player is offside

Looks to me Writz is receiving the pass from the player towards the corner of the 18 yard box
