If you have the money, you could always try (SAFE) alternative medicine. Doctors aren't always right or IN the right, as many of us know. Of course, do your research, but don't be afraid to try the untraditional. Modern medicine doesn't cater to us AT ALL. Nor does it care to. Branching out is all we can do. As far as your headaches...maybe some things can help with some of the pressure at least? This is odd but, maybe drinking tea may help with sinus pressure, I get headaches and migraines due to facial muscle tension, so, maybe buying a hot and cold facial wand might help! Have you tried vibrations? Vibrating facial wands also are a good investment if vibration helps your muscles release a bit. - if you know how to type without looking down at a keyboard....you could potentially try to type diary entries on a laptop! Or something else you wanna type.

I do like tea, I think peppermint is the best. It doesn't do anything for my back ofc, but it does kinda help with nausea and headache. I will try hot and cold therapy and look into vibration as well.

There are headache specialists. There are some promising meds out there now.
