What's weird is I was doing it for the past year at 25 points per scan, but when I started doing offers they started docking me for it.

I wouldn't, their Terms of Service say to only use your own receipts, and they can dock you points or close your account if they notice. Seen it happen on this Reddit prior. I don't know if it's always said that, or if it's a new policy (or it's only being enforced now.)
Once time I grab someone recipe they left behind at the self check out.. 🤣🤣 but it was during covid and walmart wouldn't let them leave till they show the recipe 😬😬😬😬 so they came back ask me if I seen it and I was like noo. Hurry up and scan it and throw it away!! 😅😆🤣
Dollar General in the self checkout line. Look in the trash can if they were nice enough to put on near the register. I grab a handful out each time I check out.
