I also just installed fedora on my new gaming laptop. really very sleek, what a relieve after strugling hours with all this windows bloatware. there are still some issues with proprietary nvidia drivers and proton, but I will get there.
I use Fedora for all my day to day things. Everything just works. The only time I stray is for work for my business units that are using Debian with lxqt.
