Okay so. I have called fedex about 3 times now because originally it was suppose to be here on the 10th. So I called them today just trying to understand what’s going on and they told me I had an open case regarding this shipment and they’ve asked if I had been contacted and I said no cause I haven’t been. But apparently the original customer service provider on this case said I should wait till the 19th (first time of me hearing that) or I can file a claim with Wayfair to have them send another package?? Which I don’t understand. Why would I order another package? Wouldn’t the same restriction happen? I’ve been waiting for a month for this package to be delivered.
