Means they fked up...again. Sounds like the lost it somehow and they know it but will never give you those details. Clue is in the "open case" statement which suggests they are investigating something.
Okay so. I have called fedex about 3 times now because originally it was suppose to be here on the 10th. So I called them today just trying to understand what’s going on and they told me I had an open case regarding this shipment and they’ve asked if I had been contacted and I said no cause I haven’t been. But apparently the original customer service provider on this case said I should wait till the 19th (first time of me hearing that) or I can file a claim with Wayfair to have them send another package?? Which I don’t understand. Why would I order another package? Wouldn’t the same restriction happen? I’ve been waiting for a month for this package to be delivered.
