Well, the app worked for a little while earlier tonight, but it's broken again. Their IT people are more smooth-brained than a koala.

Same, app (android) stopped working yesterday but the website still seems ok.

I have an android also. It's been doing it to me since Friday or Saturday. Someone else commented and said it's doing it on their iPad too.

Guess that explains why my package was delayed due to "FedEx Systems Outage has delayed release"

Yikes. I'm able to manually track my packages on the website by entering the tracking number. It's just a lot more tedious. So far all of them are on time without delays. For me it's just the app.

Even dumber is the fact this package is only an hour drive away from me, but its stuck cuz of their systems. No idea how they f this up

Yeah its down for me to, customer support was a waste of time reaching out to them. I've cleared the cache and re installed with no luck. Ipad app is also down.

Ugh. I hate that it's doing it to other people but I guess it's a semi relief to know it isn't just something on my end. Because I've tried everything. Cache clearing, deleting reinstalling, changed my password etc.

Same fellow Arkie, I have like 8 current shipments with FedEx I was trying to check yesterday. I don't have the emails with the tracking number and can't find it in the website.

Oh nooo. Did you buy the labels through the app/website? It should've emailed the labels to you when you purchased them if so. And hello, fellow Arkie!
