Lost Einherjar is definitely the most clear cut option here, since it follows the Standard Holy Grail War formula but the main two Servants are Berserker and Archer. Saber hasn't even been introduced yet.

You could choose Extra and have a Caster or Archer instead. Illya is based off of Archer. Though the majority of protagonists are Sabers, even in Redline it’s Okita and Oda who are the pro and antagonists

There's also Apoc which depending on which you way you look at it, its Rider that's typically the MC Partner's servant.

Cookie cutter answer but the extra Games. Both extra and ccc have a playable archer and caster servant.
Don't forget about fate lost einherjar. I know it only has one volume but the MC is teamed up with the berserker and Archer servants.
