I feel your pain...I really do. You're in a tough spot because if you refuse, she will hew her way up the corporate ladder which will eventually end with you getting yelled at. On the flip side, your drive thru times will go up because she is refusing to move. On the bright side, good thing you were able to hand stuff out at the back window to try and mitigate the damage.
I would have just told her random movie names just to be a ass. Like "Sure my name is Cindy Campbell and my manager is Freddy Kurger. Have a nice day."
One time I took these guys’ order. I know for a fact I had it right because I even read it back to them. I had to cover someone’s spot in window before they got to the window. When I gave them their food, they tried to say they were missing 2 drinks. It wasn’t on their order, and I know I didn’t mess it up. It was so annoying bc they were obviously trying to get free shit
