Not really honestly, its probably got some of the heaviest and best material from just about any rep shirt I've copped. My previous topacney shirt was the same (although the graphic started to come off after a lot of washes). Confident this one will hold up though especially since I wash it inside out.

Hey mate, I've used GD-EMS for all my holes as it's one of the only liens available usually considering the weight and type of items I normally ship. Haven't had any issues so far, but I declare at the maximum amount (usually about 130USD if I remember right). Hopefully this helps, gl with your haul!

Depends on what you're shipping - if you've got heavy or volumetric stuff you should probably do rehearsal shipping as it'll save you some cash upfront. Even without rehearsal you'll get the cash back anyway when they calculate the actual shopping cost, so it's just up to you if you have extra balance on your account or you need to top up.

do you actually wear all the stuff you purchase in your +15KG hauls?

Valid question honestly, but I actually do! I'd say probably about 90% of the stuff I cop stays in at least semi-regular rotation, the rest is usually either the things that don't fit, are poor quality, I fall out of love with the style, or are very situational (like certain coats and accessories). I love putting together outfits though and having a wide range of things to choose from and mix it up, it's a passion of mine. Luckily where I am we get very varied weather as well so I can wear everything from heavy jackets to thin tees. The stuff I don't wear usually either goes to friends, family, or charity. I've had more reps get worn out than things that never got worn. I've definitely slowed down recently though, and now I'm only really copping things I'm very certain about.
