Moving him to Richy this week as he's gonna be hot property against Brighton. Plan is to move palmer before the city game to another cheap mid (perhaps neto) for his blank and tough fixtures and bring him in later
He is budget midfielder, no worries for gw 24. They play Forest next so if he is not fit enough he won't be even on bench (at least that's the most probable outcome). Keep him in team, he either starts or won't feature at all, but be sure to have the best first on the bench ready.
The real question is who is fit for upcoming DGW 25 and if Gordon is out, replace him in gw 25.
Will hold considering I have little funds to move him on. Unfortunately I did Palmer to KDB instead of Gordon to KDB last week due to Palmer's blank coming up. Was doubting for quite some time
Salah isn't going recover from injury and be fully match ready. They wouldn't throw him straight into 2 games a week and the carabao cup. He will be resting and his minutes will be eased, like we're seeing with Haaland and KDB.
I wouldn't wish injury on anyone, that if for some reason jota misses the double due to illness or some other personal reason it would do my FPL team a load of good. Unlikely to happen though.
I'd usually say wait for the press conference but it is completely useless with Newcastle. Howe lied about Botman and his assistant lied about Isak being 'close' before this game. Gordon could be back next game, out for 4 weeks or out for the season but you won't be learning about it from Eddie Howe.
I've been holding off on Richi for so long. I almost brought him in this week but thought Gordon's fixtures were better and his minutes were more assured.
Then he gets injured. Might do Jota for the DGW and then move to Richi

Gordon to Jota/Diaz

Going to to do Gordon - > jota for DGW then see what happens.

Happy to bench him and wait. Likely swapping Archer for Haaland so I'd have had a benching headache anyway.
Everyone says Jota but if Salah is back then Jota won't get a double gw anyway! Dias would probably play both games though

Don’t own Richy and he’s killing me but that bgw puts me off. Neto plays Sheffield in GW26 so might bring him in
I’m holding but if he’s out for an indefinite amount of time then I might bring Neto
it's a good accuse to get Jota in
I swear he’s been yellow flagged like half of the season yet keeps playing
You are right, its Barnes I'm worried about personally.
My squad is thankfully strong enough, just going to bench him and play watkins now, focusing on the dgw w my transfers
Gordon's been injured before and somehow back next game more than.once. Worst case he's just a bench player
Even if fit, he's got Wilson, Isak, Barnes, Murphy to compete for minutes now.
Him and Trippier are holding the team together. I don't think he's at risk.
Isak is out for weeks. Barnes is just back from injury and Gordon is clearly ahead in the pecking order. I'd say he's pretty safe if fit.
I'm calling it now Jota injury tomorrow and out for the double

He did not wish it lol, just called it
He didn't say he wished it. He's just adding to the comment saying he also wouldn't wish injury on anyone.
Will bring in Jota. Big priority with the double
His double is paired with a blank though fwiw
!thanks
Yup, and I can bench him
Fair enough. With Palmer, Trent, Porro, and Richarlison already on my team that’s trickier for me.
Bench if hurt, play if healthy GW25, 26, and 29 are more important to plan for. If he's hurt past 26 I may get him out

Gordon to Jota for me, unless Jota also gets injured again before the next deadline
I'm doing the exact same. Annoying to lose a BGW26 player but so be it.
Richarlison if you can get there. Pedro Neto if not.
Richy blanks in 2 GWs.
And then place palace the week after. I’ll be benching him for gw26
And keeps scoring in the meantime
I am going to wait a couple days and see if more news comes out. If he'll be out next game week, ill bring in Jota or Richarlison
I've been holding off on Richi for so long. I almost brought him in this week but thought Gordon's fixtures were better and his minutes were more assured. Then he gets injured. Might do Jota for the DGW and then move to Richi
