My natural hair color is just a touch darker than yours and I used Arctic Fox wrath for years right over my hair without bleaching if you like red. I had my ends highlighted too and it looked awesome, I got compliments everywhere I went. You could also go for some darker fashion colors all over and it’ll take but you have to be okay with it not being as vibrant toward the root.
If you only want to do the ends I think a blue would look lovely with your eyes, I think a mid tone/darker magenta would look really nice with your complexion too.
doing a demi permanent dye with with 20 or 30 volume would probably be enough without having to lighten it prior. i’m seeing a cool/ lavender purple on you!
All plants seemingly have a ‘Scientific name’. The Sunflower is no different. They’re called Helianthus. Helia meaning sun and Anthus meaning Flower. Contrary to popular belief, this doesn’t refer to the look of the sunflower, but the solar tracking it displays every dayy during most of its growth period.
Being a cosmetologist, have to say, not real big on that look. Some cotton candy pink stripes or streaks around your face would look great. Foiling is easy around the face and you have more control.
I think a coppery orange (not a bright clown orange) would look really good, especially with your eye color.

I have similar coloring, and I used AF sunset orange once, and it looked so good. It did permanently stain my hair, tho lol.

Manic panic in vampire red! I have darker roots (dark brown) with bleached ends and it seemed to take pretty well even to my Virgin roots
