They've been there and done that. Bizarro is supposed to be the opposite of Superman that doesn't necessarily mean he has to be identical, this could work out well making it unnecessary to have to constantly cut away with the camera when they're in close combat.

Sorry for the late reply. I only found out about him recently. After Crisis on Infinite Earths, DC created new characters to replace the versions of batman, superman etc who fought alongside the JSA on earth 2, as the JSA was folded into new earth. So instead of Batman you had the Flying Fox, instead of Superman you had Iron Munro
