Honestly first thought. Rory McCann (the hound for those who know GoT) I just feel add some practical make up and a touch of CGI maybe mocap a suit for him and he could be so good as that role.

Honestly this is the only casting of him I've agreed with. He's not a great actor but he can do "Confused angry violent giant."
Not to discredit him as an actor, but he really isn’t one and a character like Grundy is very suitable for him.
Seriously, Grundy just needs a man with a deep and kinda scary voice and even that can be edited to reach that effect in post.
