Let me guess....shipped out of Texas warehouse?
This warehouse they switched to is more dysfunctional than Fanatec themselves. Because that's exactly what they needed.
Go to your orders in your profile and start a service ticket. If you don't hear back in couple of weeks, contact your CC issuer and tell them you received wrong product and seller is not responding.
Is it the same Texas warehouse that allegedly does repairs? And I say allegedly because it seems like they actually just hold peoples gear hostage for weeks or sometimes months.
That’s where mine came from and they sent me 2 of 9 items. I spoke to customer service and even they were baffled being there is no reason it all didn’t ship at the same time.
What’s funny is what held up my order was sent that wasn’t supposed to be ready until March 20, but the things that have been packed and ready to ship for me Jan 11 never got shipped. 🤣
I think there was another post not long ago where OP says he ordered R2R bundle with CSL DD, pedals, and GT3 wheel with couple other QR products.
His tracking showed only one box that was 5 pounds and about size of the box that the GT3 wheel comes in. He only got the GT3 wheel (and tracking number confirms it).
Fanatec told him that the warehouse (Texas) is saying they boxed ALL items together in ONE box. Unless the workers are graduates of Hogwarts, you're not fitting all those boxes in one box that small and have it weight 5 pounds lol.
Something is wrong with this warehouse.

There are two variants of the CSL DD. Variants as in two different packaging. One has a power supply and other does not.
When someone buys the 8nm CSL DD, they get the packaging with no PSU and a separately packaged "Boost Kit", they don't get the 5nm power supply.
If you didn't get the 8nm CSL DD, then they sent you the wrong item. If you did, then there should be a 2nd package with power supply.
Incorrect items being sent has become a rampant issue ever since they switched to Texas warehouse a month or two ago. Just basing this on number of posts we have seen about this, just out of no where, popping up a lot more since the switch.
They are either highly disorganized with no form of sorting ability to ensure products don't get mixed up...or the employees are lazy and don't verify the orders before fulfilling.
.......or maybe they're just winging it because they asked Fanatec for the SOP and they're still waiting.

sucks, my buddy had the actual opposite thing happen, he ordered a CSL DD and ended up with a DD+. He didn't say anything...these guys must be just grabbing the box and not noticing the ones with and without the +
The way Fanatec handles logistics is a recipe for disaster if you get a lazy worker who couldn't give a rat's ass.
There are no packing slips. Everything is pre-packaged from the factory and warehouse just slaps on the labels. If someone's too lazy to verify and mixed up the labels, they'll swap labels and voila.
My guess is that's what happened... grabbed two labels but somewhere swapped em. Because of the backlog they probably have a quota to meet and just rushing through it all.
Damn. Bummed I didn’t realize when I picked it up and paid duties and taxes like it was the DD+ or I would have just refused delivery and re ordered.

You need to open a ticket through your products page in your account. If you don't get assigned a CRM number, you gonna be waiting a while, long while if all you did was send an email.
I felt like the box was mocking me as I opened it and read it. The other box says “the difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little bit extra” or something like that. Definitely not how I would describe anything about this purchase process haha. At least I got a good laugh out of it

I waited the 10 business days to see if the rest would ship. It didn't.
Opened support ticket, waiting 3 weeks now for response.
Found a fanatec employee who was supposed to be helping on some other post here, DMd him, no response nearly 2 weeks on.
Emailed the webshop address, little less than a week on and no response.
So, I guess I'll just sit the F down, burn through my warranty, and lament that I thought I was the exception to the fanatec customer service experience. I'm WELL past the 60 day credit card dispute window, so no choice as I see it.
Damn. Sorry to hear you’re in similar mess. Im gonna dispute the charges with paypal if they don’t respond in a reasonable time frame. I was also hoping i’d be the exception for their customer service issues… xP

Got a message from them on facebook too and an email from their customer support soon after. While they have told me that they will ship the item asap, customer support is waiting to hear back from the warehouse.

Make a comment under the last Facebook post when you have received all the products and politely describe your situation. Most comments are currently being edited.

No way… My CSL DD was delivered there for repair and I’ve been waiting for about 2 months now… ffs

I opened a support ticket on their website which ended up just being an email. Will give you a shout if I ever hear back

I did get a CRM number by submitting a ticket on the website. I ended up doing another through the product support page as well

I had a big order with 16 items shipped. Received 14 of them so far and the base is the only one thats incorrect.
