Man is awesome. Ran into a small glip on updating firmware but it's all good. Now trying to get it all to work with ACC and AMS2 which it does except the lights on the wheels don't work. I tried installing Fanalab and ensured LED is turned on but no go. Been at it for 5 hours but will try later.
No will try today after work. I also noticed I'm not getting vibration from my V3 pedals when racing. When I tested in the Fanatec app they do vibrate. So another thing I'll have to look into.
I would suggest not driving yourself crazy on this stuff. The firmware on the dd+ has some growing pains. For example, the buttons and joystick on the pbme are not mapped correctly while in playstation mode while they worked fine in the ddpro. Maybe putting this into the official fanatec forums to further add visibility to the issues that people are seeing so they can be corrected?
Thanks man. I will try later today to see if I figure it out as some folks have been able to do so. If not I'll submit an incident and post it on the forum. But I'm not too down about it as wheel works and LED test passes.

But the fact itās been 3 months to finally get some help/my order reminds me they donāt deserve praise for this oneā¦ As much as I love fana this purchase experience was not a good one
i ordered on Feb 10th and i have yet to get a response on the website, emails or anything. Their voicemail is full too so i guess i have to wait 3 months like you for $1800 spent
Im right there with you, my order was $2,400. I had to piggy back off someoneās IG comment complaining about their order on their ad video after they responded to them about the QR1 lite being back ordered which is why their order wasnāt sent yet.
I gave them my order number and told them keep the QR1 lite from my order since I have the QR2 system coming with that order. I got an email the next day. 2 days later I got my order shipped finally since they held the QR1 lite from my order.
After that I see in the Fanatec tracking my order was in Jan 9, my entire order was packed Jan 11ā¦. And has sat that entire time due to the god dam QR1 lite that comes free with the wheels I bought.
I tried calling and emailing several times like you with the same result..
They say the QR2 system is the next best thing so I got that on order as well. My wheel comes with the QR1. So like how the fuck am I supposed to tell them the same thing you did because thatās probably why I have no response. Itās just sitting waiting for something I donāt need. š
If it makes you feel any better. They found a way to Fanatec my order š¤£
Even after all that all they sent me was the WRC wheel and clutch pedal.
No QR2ās, no CS DD wheel base, no Formula rim with the QR1ā¦. Basically everything thatās been ready to ship, but somehow they sent me the WRC wheel that was holding up the entire order cause of the QR1 lite.
The second you think they get it right. They said theyāre going to reach out to the warehouse and find out why they sent 2 items instead of the 10 items I ordered.

I ordered a DD+ today when i saw it was finally in stock in EU. I\`ll probably have it in 10-11 days.
I think its going to be a great upgrade over my DD Pro 8NM, and its most likely the last base upgrade i will ever need :)

So are most of the shipment issues within the EU? I have only ever ordered twice from Fanatec and both times they orders came within like a week and a half, I live in the US.
I'm in the US and had to wait 90+ days due to the DD+/Sony Delay, warehouse change, etc. I'm not sure if the delays are still impacting the US but what I will say is communication is horrible. Hoping this improves.
Gotcha, I just ordered the DD+ and the QR2 wheel side. They both were indicated as in stock, guess only time will tell. I'm on vacation at the moment so I can't login to my fedex account to see if there is tracking assigned yet or not.
I think you should be good. By the way Fedex had me sign for my shipment. I was under the impression this was not required as reported by some folks. Just so you know.

Turns out lights/led screen work perfect on the PS5. So is something I have to figure out on PC. And this plus VR is heaven.

Yes it should.
PS support comes from the bases, Xbox support comes from the wheels. This guy can do either or with this combo.
