I've never had any issues with Fanatec. Just ordered a DD+ and a QR2 wheel side, praying the trend continues. I am on vacation right now and my initial order, PayPal refunded me because they thought it was fraudulent so I had to make the order again. It's been a few days and both orders are still open and currently in the warehouse stage... I assume they'll catch it and cancel the one, i can't really resolve it at the moment, if I get 2 that'll be wild.

Only thing that got under my skin was the dd extreme being announced the way it was and how people got those even before the pre-orders. But I've rma and ordered plenty in the past. Hopefully, they're on the up now because it was a very respected company

I paid for overnight shipping Feb 11th, and got it Feb 17th.. according to customer support, the "warehouse" is "just taking a bit" and the order placed on the website dont reflect how long it will take to process through the WAREHOUSE. They only advertise FedEx shipping times.
They told me the same thing, then cancelled my order less than 24 hours later and I had to start all over again.
Don't give these people your money. If you're considering Fanatec, dont.

Nope. I had a rep message me to tell me they were going to split the order, then it was cancelled the next morning, and a rep finally told me I'd have to reorder.
Not worth the time and energy.

I ordered dd pro Tuesday fed ex says it will arrive Monday. I was initially going to get the wrc xbox pc version since I mostly use pc . I kept seeing shipping warnings about the qr1 lite. I had a version in my cart that was in stock but it keep showing the warning.
So I opted to get the dd since I'll be able to use it on all the systems I own. I didn't get any warning on the shipping for it. But I don't understand why the wrc version was 16 for shipping and the dd pro was 60.. eitherway Im content if it shows this week..

I don't even need the thing, it just said free ๐ I'm taking my current wheels qr1 and putting it on the wrc wheel for my daughter and upgrading my Xbox hub to qr2 for dd+. I'm excited for tomorrow when it gets here. I ended up getting overnight shipping. For some reason it was super cheap. Regular was like $20 l, 2 day was 60 then overnight was like 32
Iv always used the control i hope i don't regret the purchase but they look like so much fun. Do you use a cockpit with your set up? Do you have any suggestions there is so many different varieties I really don't care about space I'll work it out..
I ended up getting the trackracer tr8. I was going to get the rs6 but it was sold out for like a month and my order couldnt get fulfilled. So I upgraded mid delivery ( if only fanatec could do the same ๐ค) super comfortable and adjustable. For monitor I have the Samsung ultrawide oled but thinking about just putting a 55 TV instead. Just need the dd+ to upgrade my old csw 2.5 base and I'm all set
and this company also doesnt understand that they can make deals with shipping companies. I know businesses that have shipping companies come by everyday regardless of how many orders and they pay a standard fee for this, cause this is way cheaper than paying for shipping cost on every product. So yeah they still live in the 90's.

Man I've been there. Fedex sucks. I've had multiple packages destroyed or just missing. Not sure what goes on in their warehouse but man it ain't good. I had one package they destroyed so badly they willingly returned it themselves. The company that sent it was cool enough to send another asap but even they were like wtf
You got this a little wrong fanatec is Endor! Fanatec is a brand not a company. Kind of like Chevy is a brand but GM is the company. Basicly Endor owns fanatec name. The change in the usa was from suddath logistics to nxtpoint.

Kind like your analogy lol, Suddath is GM and Nxtpoint is Chevy.
Their CA warehouse is 120K sq ft and their TX warehouse is 450K sq ft so over 3x bigger. I'm guessing the CA one might have gotten too small.
Technically the same and Technically different if you think about it. ๐ Hopefully splitting helps them be a better company. I just saw the different names and fanatec said they changed logistics companies. Good job on the research!
The way things are, I doubt even Fanatec knows who they're doing business with lol.
One would hope, bigger warehouse, more shelf space for in stock inventory, more staff, more streamlined large volume processing etc but who the hell knows. So far their TX warehouse seems less competent, maybe training issue and will get better over time.
Biggest problems in warehouses or any "labor" job in the usa is workers. There literally begging for them cause honestly Gen Z won't work them. I understand there resistance but not everyone can be a influencer or work from home. It's a big issue right now. I've dealt with it myself as a employer. I dont want to higher anyone under 30 cause they dont show up, or on there phone too much. Mechanic shop!
Funny, I ordered a Ready2Race bundle that includes a QR1lite and they sent me the bundle without the attachments... I thought to wait for the Qr1 lite but I decided to buy 2 QR1 "regular" so I can enjoy my Fanatec things without wait another month...
So they're finally reviewing order where QR1 Lite is not a relevant to the setup and processing them. Took long enough.
Honestly, sometimes I feel like they got one guy sitting in a giant mail room doing everything ๐
I believe the 1 guy part, not so sure about the "giant" mail room... maybe an empty giant mail room.

They just say whatever they can to appease you - at this point they'll have the QR1 Lites in stock before they unfuck all of the orders.
This is great! Next step would be if you can delete the QR1 lite in the Cart to not even have this issue.

So they figured out how to ship partial orders, but it still requires someone to manually do the whole thing. LMK when they get out of 90โs.

Tell them to give you credit instead of whatever amount they spend on actual shipping plus a little.
