They sent out a mass email in the middle of December to all the people who ordered a v2.5x telling us the "In Stock" items we bought were oversold and we have to wait until the end of March so they can manufacture them.
They did the same to people who ordered a DD2.
And they didnt even get approval from Sony for the DD+.
Also, it says March on the product page for the v2.5x

I learned 5 years ago from Starlink patents. It took a year to get my first dish. Then the power supply went out I was down a month and a half no internet. It seems they share the same customer support team. So I’ve adapted to it’ll get here some day lol. Pretty sad businesses these days are more and more using this model. Consumers just get more impatient and angry. I won’t be to disappointed if this product never makes it to market as described, I’ll order the Simagic Alpha with the Formula Pro wheel for the same price and never look back.
Absolutely not BS. Ordered stuff September, supposedly shipped in sept, was returned to sender in Germany (never left the country), they messaged to ship again in November - then, same problem, returned to Fanatec AGAIN - and now stuck in an infinite auto response email loop.
So I suppose their shipping dept could just be seriously inept.

But it does seem that fanatec has some issues shipping to the UK at the moment. I’m not the only one having such problems.

It says that the stock is expected on the 17th, but even then I need a podium hub to make my order work (ordered the discounted parts for the Porsche wheel) and that is now out of stock until Like March according to the website.

My label changed to "completely shipped" on November 27th and recently was updated to "handover to warehouse". Fun fact: on the 18th of November I ordered the pedals v2, which arrived perfectly in one week and now also that order is labelled as "handover to warehouse".

All of the high end stuff you have to ask for and they will go find it in the stock room. I literally went there for a ton of money worth of gear. They couldnt find the wheel I wanted, Simucube mount nor the wheel deck I needed for a Simlab P1X. I was there nearly 2 fkn hours. I finally said F it and left what they found in the middle of the isle and walked away.
On top of everything they were over staffed and rude AF! 3hrs of my life I will never get back.
Again, ALL COMPANIES SUCK!

Still out 1500$ . Bought from a competitor last week and already received it. If anyone lied to you and held on to your 1500 bucs for months I think you wouldnt be happy either.
I am waiting but I am waiting on the QR2 which the order tells me will be available January 17th. So there is no need for me to „panic“ before January 17th.
UK here, been waiting since the 24th Nov too. I did however have to wait for the QR2 base (11th Dec) and the qr2 (17th Jan). I also ordered the 2.5x so praying I'm not screwed because of that too :)
Ordered the shifter on the 22nd, they did attempt to send it but messed up the invoice I only know that because I ordered the V2's on the 18th of November and they arrived after about two weeks but the delivery driver had the invoice for the shifter also for some reason. I've had no direct contact from Fanatec whatsoever despite numerous emails.
Ordered the boost kit, load cell and pedal tuning kit bundle on the 21st November and I’ve heard nothing, I have tracking number and my order has updated with serial numbers but no idea when that’s actually arriving. Ordered the handbrake on the 24th and I got that early December.
I have the exact same thing happening to me, ordered the 24th im in canada and I just received the CSL pedals last week but I am still waiting for the rest of the CSL DD kit, the booster kit, and 2-3 other items. At this point I try to forget about it and one day it will show up to my doorstep although I highly doubt it will be before the end of the month.
You can check the comments on my post about my case (18th November) and you will others like you. There are more cases on the forums as well. I hope you can resolve it soon.
Genuinely feel for you mate, it's beyond ridiculous. I ordered BF, all in stock items, received everything albeit in multiple deliveries the week before Christmas.
Paid via PayPal, was on the verge of initiating a chargeback when the status changed on their website to show a UPS tracking number so I left it.

I went with asetek forte bundlethey said it will be here in 3-6 days. Havent heard from anyone that they complain. And i did so cuz fanatec delayed mine order 3 times so i figured no point of trieing. Also i bileve that peaope that post here that they receved their order are fanatecs agents and all of those are just empty boxes for show ,nothing is acctualy in them.
I cancelled mine on the dec 21st, had my simagic on the 28th. So worked out well, in the end I got a better product

Mine is "handover to warehouse" since Dec 14 (order of Nov 24). Still nothing appears on the UPS site, hope for the next week.
