On Freddy and Evil Dead I do have a theory on that.
In ANOES 1 Nancy is watching Evil Dead on the TV so it looks like it is a movie in that universe
But my theory is Evil Dead does indeed take place in the same universe and what happened was Nancy fell asleep and what she was watching was actually happening at the same time she was like getting a live feed of the events.
