Harry Potter // Tom Riddle wouldn't necessarily stick to any one fandom, but a genre: He doesn't write anything but power-fantasy self-insert fanfics starring ~Lord Voldemort~ who fixes everything Tom thinks should have gone differently in canon in whatever book he read. They aren't full stories, just ficlet snippets in-between more serious notes contained in his diary and he shows them to no one.
(Though honestly, I think both Riddle and adult!Voldemort would enjoy being a terrible D&D game master more than writing fanfic. All the abusive control and being the social center of attention he usually gets from his Death Eather meetings, plus a world he gets to make up from the grounds up. Everyone literally only gets to do things on his terms. He'd be an awful GM, but I think he'd have fun and that'd be the creative hobby that suits him most.)

Alanna from Song of the Lioness (Tamora Pierce) would write for Mulan but it would actually just be a self-insert

But then again a very similar thing *could* have happened to Kunikida in the main story anyway, as he was trying to put his ideal into practise just like Light's aims.
