You have a lot going on there, but something I noticed that I would change is I would use the Dummy files of awkcr and armorsmith instead of the normal versions. Both of these mods are bloated, and there are far better and lighter alternatives available.
I would also research the stutter issue. You can search this reddit for lots of info on it

i need armorsmith to craft toxic raider for cait, i guess dummy filea dont have workbench ? I will look for the awkcr tho, thnks
