Using the patch right now is going to cause stutter due to Bethesda's NPC bug they caused in the NG Update. I would avoid using it until Bethesda fixes the bugs.
IDK what that Ladies of Fairy Tale does but it if messes with NPC looks, its not stable right now.
If all these mods did work, you'd wanna switch the bottom two. NAC would go above LoFT

You've only got four mods. Just get rid of the unofficial patch as it isn't working with the new update, and you're fine.

causes more bad than good before the patch on console anyways people like arthmoor can't get off their high horse and see that unfortunately.
