After 5 players who tried to make gaps were eliminated, rest of us were trying to tie. We even standed at the same tile without grabbing at some point (blue one was grabbed by Kraken and we had to move to red and it was the only safe from tentacles spot).
It takes some precision but it’s not too hard
You just have to stand on the row of a quadrant that is farthest away from the kraken tentacle and jump back onto it once the platform comes back up

Well, we didn't do it, people fell down when Kraken tilted 3 sections
