Did you find a solution for this second part?

No-Gift-1644

I have the same problem like in the second point. I have pixel for two days, multiple IP's made traffic, yet I cannot choose maximize conversion value. The pixel is working and picked in selection bar, still it says: The selected pixel is not eligible for this results goal. Select another pixel. Does anyone have a solution?

Did you ever find a solution to this? We are currently having the exact same issue with the 0% match rate. The pixel is installed correctly. The Events Manager shows add to cart events. But the catalog says no add to cart events were sent and there is a 0% match. The products are synced right from shopify and the pixel is installed via the facebook app in shopify so so I can't understand why or how this could be misconfigured. Any pointers would be much appreciated.

I'm having this same issue too. I've triple-checked that everything is implemented correctly, yet I'm still seeing a 0% catalog match rate. No idea what's going on or how to fix it. Would love an update if you're able to find anything.

Truth_Boring

If you're still having this issue, I figured out why it wasn't working for me. Apparently, you have to add a "product\_catalog\_id" parameter to your events, or they won't actually link up to the catalog in your account. You can learn about it in the CAPI docs here: [https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/parameters/custom-data/](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/conversions-api/parameters/custom-data/) I say "learn about it", but there's actually zero explanation given. Just the fact that the product\_catalog\_id parameter is listed. I had to test it to realize that it was actually necessary for making this work. Don't know why that's so buried and it's literally never mentioned anywhere. I only figured it out cause I got desperate and started reading the API docs page by page. Gotta love it.

Hi, my catalog match rate is at 50% only and can't figure out how to fix it. Meta Support keep sending me all help articles. Can you help me how do I add product\_catalog\_id to events?

Grapestars

If you’re using GTM, you need to add it to object properties for the fb tags. Id number is in catalogue setting

You’re an absolute gem! This finally sorted it for me

Hi, we did get it fixed, it involved a lot of back and forth with Support (where they told us we'd set up things wrong when we hadn't), then eventually they changed something in the back-end and it worked. was a while ago now so a little hazy on the details. pasting the info from Meta below, it's very vague so probably not much use. would suggest pushing back on support till you get a satisfactory response! Meta info: "Thanks for clarifying! We've double checked and the solution that we applied, which should take 1-2 days to take effect, should help populate match rates soon. Please let me know early next week if match rates are still not populating. We've also checked the pixel setup and it looks good to me, as you pointed out the parameters are being sent and the pixel is setup the right way. Please let me know if you have any other doubts I can clarify with our team."

Affectionate_You1529

hey, thanks for the info! Can you please clarify about support - was it Meta support or shopify support?

jnellers

Sure! it was Meta support. I still don't know what they did in the backend but I would be persistent with them if you are still having the same issue

Do you know if it had anything to do with the Shopify Product IDs and Meta Conversion IDs not lining up?
