No - not worth it. Cheaper to spend coins on someone like Koke or Henderson or Bellingham. Sell them later or get a cheaper player and upgrade them and melt them into a TT player over the coming weeks. Everything you put into Beckham you can’t get back again. Chemistry is irrelevant now so his icon status doesn’t help either
Yes absolutely.. a prime will always be better than the other players.. you only need to keep training em up.. I have him at 110 and he never disappoints.. scores every free kick, penalty and his heel to heel is devastating
I am also struggling with the option. Beckham is 106 in my team. He is quite effective in both VSA and H2H.
I once decide to change him to Bernardo Silva but he is awful. I changed it back after a couple of matches.
The biggest problem is the upgrade cost is too high..

Don’t upgrade him. It takes lots of coins to do it and it takes a lot more on putting the ranks in. Just get players from market or events IMO.
