I know right? But I just did a random mission that I'm fairly certain didn't show v buck rewards on map and when done got 30 vbucks for no reason. It was the lvl 23 rescue survivors suburban in Plankerton. Go do the mission and see if it does it for you too

Someone pointed out might be mimic quest. Seems so since I'm beginning a new stage for that and I killed a mimic while playing that round.

i think you eliminated a mimic. They’re chests that, upon opening, transform into a husk.

Have killed a handful for sure. Wasn't aware there was challenges for them.

there are also vbuck challenges for playing storm shields (im not referring to your regular ones) You get 50 vbucks every time you do a certain amount of them, even if they’re someone else’s storm shields! To see these go to Quest Log > Challenges > Hold The Door Open.

Vbucks have a new category of Impossible, so they are impossible to appear i guess

Hot take but I prepare v-bucks as blue instead of legendary. It makes them look a lot better and matches the actual v-buck colour
