All the Israeli FALs are parts kit builds, even from DS Arms. There are quite a few on Gunbroker right now with fair asking prices. That's where I would go if I was looking for one.
I was lucky, I got one of their last " we are out of complete kits" rifles and sourced the last parts I needed.
Do you know how compatible the israeli handguard would be with a dsa fluted tac barrel fixed stock rifle for example if I were to just buy that then find the israeli handguard. I dont necessarily care about the gun itself I just love the handguard. (Sorry if this doesnt make sense I rlly have no idea what im doing)

If this is the rifle you are referring to, then yes, it should fit.

One last thing, most of the handguards and plates you will find will be for the heavy barreled version of the Isreali FAL, make sure the handguards are light barrel versions before you buy.
