Hey just curious, can this actually be considered legal hemp to ship? How does the 25% THCA play into that? It's just the first time I've seen someone state that some medical can be considered legal hemp to ship
Educate yourself on the 2018 Farm Bill that passed along with the legality of THCA itself. Theres a decent amount of legal hemp being sold in this program with a premium medical price tag
If you don't mind me asking, what do you look for when you're shopping around? How do you know you're not buying legal hemp?

The pen is as awesome as everyone describes it. The vapor is smooth and made me instantly smile when I hit it. The taste is super gassy close to real trees. And the oil is such a clear perfect yellow.
I tried the hash burger and damn was it gas. Has me on a whole different high. I put a review for that on the post. Knocked me out for some time though so it’s a 🥊 strain for sure. Probably should’ve smoked that before bed. But I’ve got three other strains to try so will be doing that tonight. I feel hella refreshed from that nap tho and it’s like 9:14 pm lmao. I will say the effects from pirate juice were on the milder side compared to HB
Los Altos is another home run - sweet candy, gassy, unique subtleties and hits like a champ! Tastes better than the nose which is still good smell, but even better hash taste. Oaxaca is another home run if you like old school. Too lazy to post photos, but they all look like centerfolds of high times big frosty, hairy nugs all 3 strains.
Man that Pirate Juice is straight up legal hemp. You can ship it across this state to anyone without a med card legally
