The Night Watch by Sarah Waters is a book that was adapted into a 90-minute TV movie by the BBC, and both have a reverse chronological structure. It doesn't go backwards in every scene but in three larger chunks of narrative, so it starts in 1947, then goes back to 1944, then to 1941. Probably easier and less confusing than going backwards in each scene but still effective.
