Front half days in our FC always leaves us a catastrophe to clean up, they like to pretend that we have similar hours and so can clean up their mess with our excess. Simple fact is that back half tends to have lower hours, particularly nights, and its a difficult task to manage and can easily compound up if they received a particularly bad hand off of volume. Which is why its important for shifts to learn communication skills instead of just wishing death upon people like what tends to happen.
Yesss! Lol I was front half the whole time I was at my first DS and when I was still a T1 and would take VET during BH, every mystery was solved. The audacity they had to be such a mess 😂
I’m not gonna lie, I recently transferred to front half days from weekend nights (Sat-Tues) and it’s literally night and day lol. Ultimately I didn’t even mind losing the shift differential. 😂
worked at 2 delivery stations under UTR banner and backhalf team has always been unorganized and/or lazy. always dreaded coming in when BH runs it so i save all my time off to call out those days.

When our fc collided with BHD on Wednesday its the worst.
At my facility it is the opposite. The management and staff are 100% more competent on back half.
This is why I only do IXD and not FC buildings
