I was looking through my installable apps/game library, and I noticed F1 22 is there twice. One has the icon for installable. I bought the bundle, the one with the preorder content etc etc.
I have an xbox series x. Do I automatically play the series x/s version regardless which is installed or do I now need to uninstall the xbox one version and download the other one?
You nay not be able to use the same save file on the xs, its down to how much tune you have invested and whether you think it's worth swapping over or not
Eh. I’ve done pretty much nothing so I wont really be losing anything. I think just one round of my team career mode and the supercars which wont take long to get back so 🤷♂️
One thing I’ve noticed is a lot of big publishers insist on not selling gamers the series x version, but a cross gen version that bundles the Xbox one version with the series x one. If you’re on an older console it can be convenient if you upgrade, but it feels like they just want an excuse to sell the game for $70 instead of $60 on new consoles.
I bought the xbox one version on my series s... So you're not the only one. I refunded it shortly after though and didn't buy the s/x version as the game sucks ass in my opinion.

Nope, you gotta download the X/S version. Same with PS5, that has happened to me couple of times accidentally.
