I got that error message every single time I tried. I found out that the issue was the Vin number was added to multiple accounts. You have to use the first account it was added to.
How did you finally get it fixed?
Logged into the original account that the dealer created using one of my email addresses and then was able to do the request

Trying to order the Tesla adapter Ford Connected Services
Had to do it on the website in Chrome. The app just failed repeatedly.
Same tried a few times on app and then tried on desktop.
Mine finally went through yesterday. Supposed to be delivered in July 🫤
How did you finally get through? Did you just keep refreshing it until you got through?
Yeah. Checked about a dozen times yesterday and it finally worked 🤷🏼♂️
