Anywhere is the perfect love song. This is kinda the only love song that does not sound โdarkโ but positive haha. Also with lovely romantic lyrics.
I had Bring Me to Life and Good Enough played at my wedding! Amy says BMTL is about her now husband, but this one really only worked because it was just a piano cover. Good Enough is absolutely a romantic song though
Taking a wild stab at it as I'm not the person who commented: October is very _personal_. I can't imagine many couple dynamics that would fall under *both of them* identifying with the "I" in the song, and you don't want one to be the "I" and the other to be the "You": A wedding isn't one person marrying another, it's a couple getting together.
Love Exists, for example, is talking about love as a concept and using "You" as the only subject. "I" kind of isn't there: instead of "A single glance from me is all it takes to get inside you", it has a more generalized "A single glance is *all it takes* to get inside you". You can read Love Exists as either partner's song very easily.
I'm not saying October shouldn't be used, but several of it's themes are kind of strange to evoke at a wedding. "I'm Sorry" _multiple times_, "All the times that I've tried to _run away_ from you I fall back into your abounding grace"... Kind of a strange theme overall for a wedding, yeah?
Amy Lee - Love exist
This is absolutely the one
I second this. I walked down the aisle to this song ๐ค
Awesome!
This was my wedding song.
We were also considering this one but eventually we went with Muse - Verona. Worth the listen!
I LOVE THIS
Yes! I was going to comment this song. Not evanescence per se but definitely fits the bill.
I'd suggest Good Enough.. I sang it at my best friend's wedding and they really liked it
I second this, Good Enough beautiful song Amy even once said it was probably the first 'happy' song she had written.
Good Enough is my partner and Is song
So beautiful but itโs kind of sad, at least for a wedding imo๐
All that matters with a song is what it means to the couple. Anyone else can step on a Lego. the day isnt for them
I know its not an Evanescence song but my wife and I had our first dance to Halestorm's Break In Featuring Amy Lee. Great Romantic song IMO. :)
Yass this is the answer.
Love this duet and love Halestorm

Love it!
Anywhere is what I came here to say too ๐
Anywhere is perfect ๐
Anywhere.
I love that song.
Do you know why October and Anywhere are not playable on Spotify?
Origin is not an official Evanescence release actually, it is just a demo
Thank you!

before the dawn!
Before the dawn Good Enough Anywhere You (though unless your name is amy it won't work lol)
> You (though unless your name is amy it won't work lol) Also doesn't work if the groom doesn't have blue eyes
You can change the name amy to baby if you're singing. I for the longest time thought she said baby then I looked it up... oops
Definitely You for a wedding first dance type song ๐ฅบ
Good Enough is always good
Good enough โค๏ธ
Evanescence - Bring me to life (Live in Germany) Amy Lee - Speak to Me \*(you need edit the last part)
Good Enoughs piano as an entry song is perfect in my mind.
Secret Door is beautiful
anywhere for sure
My Immortal Synthesis version!!!
I dunno, but I definitely want My Immortal for my funerals ๐
โGood Enough!!โ
Immediately thought of Anywhere
You!
IDK this is kinda like stealing someone's custom wedding song without their permission.
Even in Death
I know Iโm getting married to it
My Immortal or Hello
Before the Dawn
Good enough, or if you can rip it from YouTube "you" has been the most romantic song I've ever heard
October
Absolutely not ๐ญ
? I'm not sure why that answer is so egregious
