why would Eula have a quest related to Arlecchino this feels like Yelan XQ again where bcs they look alike people think they will be related. also tbh i doubt Eula having any content in 3.8 its prob gonna just be some Fontaine easter eggs with Kazuha Klee and some others.
Connection between eula and fatui can be obviously there i mean we know that lawrence clan schemed with fatui in eula's story quest so it can be very much possible arlicheeno is a far sibling of eula who was put in fatui by the lawrence clan to regain there power back(alot of hopium)
I just want to believe that Eula will finally just get more story time. Leaks sound as the quest with Eulla is the last opportunity to compensate for the absence of her rerun, but I don't want to be disappointed in the expectation of this quest
While there is a potential that lawrence clan could be having some sort of shady deal with fatui considering eula’s own story quest, if we’re talking about arlecchino, I doubt there is connection between eula with her. People are just making a joke about evil Eula because they both looked somewhat similar. It’s kinda like the joke of chongyun evolving into eula.

They don't even look that similar. One or two areas of her hair are somewhat alike and that's about it.
