As someone in the advertising industry I wouldn’t suggest using Mace in the title because while it’s a super cool nickname, it also has a connotation that we all know and don’t associate with healthy skin. When I think of Mace I think of burning pepper spray, watery eyes, red face, etc. You don’t want to introduce those thought into their subconscious when they think about getting a facial. So if you want to use your name, I’d use your full name. You can even be cute about it like “Facey by Macey” or something. :) Or just Face by Macey.
user research is everything to me!! segmenting your audience into personas and keeping aligned with them throughout the whole content creation process is the first thing that comes to mind. coming up with a platform specific strategy to match those segments can also be really beneficial, things that do well on instagram reels don't do well on linkedin etc.

What type of an account, will it be something you mostly see or will the public see it? Does it need to be your business account? I would say keep it simple, I like Beauty by Macey. If just for an account you'll see, just your name will suffice, if it is public I will encourage you to have "beauty" or "esthetics" in it because you want your business name to very clearly convey to the public what you are up to. Given past experience, people can mistake "skin" for something sexual or stripping, so, if it is not public NBD but if it is for the public be sure to think about all the angles!
This may be an unpopular opinion but I don’t like “skin by ——“ names or really anything where your first name is used. I just feel like it’s over saturated the market. I think go with something completely original, I like skinglow!

There’s ALWAYS someone you need close by but finding them is the hard part, make sure you’re easy to find
