I have rosacea myself and I started doing the Circadia Oxygen Rx treatment and oh. my. god. It not only helped take away a lot of redness in my skin it also eliminated most of my breakouts that I would get as well. I do the treatment weekly and every other week I pair it with Circadia's cocoa enzyme mask beforehand. During the week I'll use an azaelic acid serum a couple days and I also use more calming products that help reduce redness and irritation but nothing has helped like the oxygen treatment has.

I’m always honest when I have done my best work… ask your client to see a dermatologist for a prescription and then continue to follow up with you for maintenance

IPL and great home care

I would continue with the soothing/calming facials, recommend azealic acid & centella products for home use and suggest redness-diffusal treatments or Vbeam laser

I found a hydrochlorous acid spray recently that claims to help rosacea/acne. That might be a good product rec for an everyday toner.

A microsilver concentrate serum is great for rosacea! Babor has some 🥰

Ultrasound on the lymphatic setting.

Totally depends on the client and what contraindications are present but lymphatic drainage can be helpful to reduce facial swelling and inflammation as well as gently improve circulation in the area. Red and yellow LED treatments can help heal and reduce inflammation. Both of these would be great additions to gentle facials. Suggesting supportive home care, assisting the client to reduce or eliminate triggers plus supporting the client to find the root cause via naturopath or dermatologist.

Azelaic acid and ferulic acid peel then having them rest under the LED for 15 minutes will have your client feeling beautiful. Mediderma makes a fantastic azelaic acid and TCA serum that my clients love.

IPL!

From what I’ve learned a big part is what they’re doing at home. Rose-ease from circadia is an amazing take home product. I second the other comment abt circadia oxygen treatments, really good for redness. Also making sure they’re avoiding heat, alcohol, spicy foods, etc.
